Z center
Z Center was opened in August of 2021 as the most modern center in Croatia, built according to the latest construction and design standards. It is located in the western part of the city of Zagreb in the Špansko settlement.
Z Center is divided into two buildings, which we call the shopping center North and retail park South. These buildings are connected by a heated pedestrian square, creating an unique whole.
Shopping center North is located on two floors where you can find world-famous fashion brands, sports brands, a state-of-the-art hypermarket, a food court with 10 restaurants, modern coffee bars, beauty salons, and innovative entertainment facilities.
Retail Park South on the lower floor offers various home decor shops while the upper floor is reserved for sports, entertainment, and a children’s playroom.

The architectural studio Pulsar, who worked on the project for Z Center won the European Property Awards 2020-2021 in the category for the best commercial real estate project in Europe.
